Growing Fenugreek leaves

Yet another easy growing greens.

I just soaked the store bought fenugreek seeds overnight.
Added some potting mix in the tray.
Put a layer of seeds in the soil and added a thin layer of soil on top of that and water it .
It was on  memorial day long weekend days, exactly on 25 th of may.
I harvested the first tray of leaves on 1 st of June.
Let the another tray of greens to grow a little more big.
They are very tasty and lot more nutritious.
